How does the designer know what I want?

There are form fields for you to fill out when you add your order to the shopping cart. To ensure we get understand you, please be as clear as possible. We may use your email address details to contact you if we are uncertain as to your request.

How can I be sure you won't just pocket my money and not deliver my art?

Why does a framed print cost no more for postage and packaging than a normal print?

Due to limitations in the PayPal shopping cart button, it is not possible to change the postage and packaging subject to the option of adding a frame. Because of this we add the additional cost of postage and packaging to the cost of adding the frame to the purchase.
